It Gets Better Project 5 Year Anniversary Video - Project Manager

As the CSR lead for Team One, I had the opportunity to put together a team of passionate employees across departments for our first pro-bono partnership, creating a video campaign celebrating The It Get’s Better Project’s 5 years of impact. As Project Manager, I strategically assigned roles to coworkers that were outside of their daily scope, in order for them to stretch their skills and gain confidence in abilities they may not have realized they had.
