From off handed idea to fully operational.

Chobani Incubator Corner Store - Idea Creation and Execution

When a coworker mentioned to me how great it would be if they could support Chobani’s Incubator companies, and hearing employee cries over the lack of easily accessible, affordable food and drinks in the neighborhood, I set my sights on creating an in house “honesty market.” It would benefit employee morale and the entrepreneurs the Incubator supports.

Not only did this concept turned reality provide clean energy and delicious snacks and meals to employees who no longer had to venture out in the city for their caffeine fix or afternoon nosh, it also served as a physical platform to showcase the unique pay it forward programming of the Incubator to visiting retailers and potential employees. Managing the project, I worked cross functionally with a dozen different departments within the organization over three different offices to get it up and running smoothly and it was a huge hit right off the bat.
